Vivian is a dedicated and compassionate educational psychologist registered under the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). Since 2016, she has devoted her career to supporting neurodivergent children and youth, particularly those in mainstream educational settings. Her expertise lies in empowering students and their families to harness their unique strengths while fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of their neurotypes.

Vivian offers a comprehensive range of psychoeducational assessments and therapy services, integrating evidence-based approaches with a heartfelt commitment to neuro-affirming practices. As a neurodivergent clinician and a proud ADHD-er, Vivian brings a unique perspective to her work, deeply empathizing with her clients and their families. Her lived experiences enrich her practice, allowing her to offer relatable insights and practical strategies that resonate on a personal level. She celebrates and embraces neurodiversity in all aspects of her work, ensuring her sessions are not only research-driven but also creative, engaging, and tailored to meet the individual needs of every child she supports.

Beyond her therapeutic expertise, Vivian is a passionate advocate for holistic care. She collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary network of professionals and partners with caregivers to build a robust and collaborative support system that extends well beyond the therapy room. As a trained facilitator for the Circle of Security Parenting program, Vivian equips parents with tools to nurture secure, supportive relationships with their children. Through compassionate guidance, she empowers caregivers to navigate their child’s developmental journey with confidence while walking alongside the families she collaborates with every step of the way.
